Install guide

Install on iPhone

About a minute, over Wi-Fi. Your eSIM sits next to your home SIM, so your number keeps working.

Three ways to install

  • One tap (on the iPhone itself)

    Open your order page or the delivery email on the iPhone and tap “Install on iPhone”. Your iPhone opens its eSIM setup; follow the steps. Needs iOS 17.4 or later.

  • Scan the QR code

    Show the QR code on another screen. On the iPhone, open the Camera app and point it at the code, or go to Settings › Mobile Data › Add eSIM › Use QR Code.

  • Enter the codes by hand

    Go to Settings › Mobile Data › Add eSIM › Use QR Code › Enter Details Manually, then type the SM-DP+ address and the activation code from your order page.

After you install

  1. Name the new line “EzyHop” when your iPhone asks.
  2. At your destination, go to Settings › Mobile Data › EzyHop and turn on Data Roaming.
  3. Choose EzyHop under Settings › Mobile Data › Mobile Data, so data uses your eSIM.
  4. Keep your home line on for calls and texts, with its own Data Roaming off.
