Terms of service

The terms that apply when you buy an eSIM plan or a top-up from EzyHop.

Effective date: October 28, 2026

These terms apply when you use ezyhop.com and when you buy an eSIM data plan or a top-up from us. Please read them before you buy. They work together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are

EzyHop is a US company. Our address is 600 N Broad Street, Suite 5 #3414, Middletown, DE 19709, United States. Our website is ezyhop.com.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean EzyHop. “You” means the person who uses the site or buys from us.

You can reach us through [email protected].

2. What we sell

We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for a country, a region or the whole world, and top-ups for them.

  • Data only. A plan gives you mobile data. It does not include a phone number, calls or SMS. You can call and message over apps, and keep your home SIM in your phone for regular calls and texts.
  • Fixed data and days. Each plan has a set amount of data and a set number of days. You see both before you pay.
  • Coverage and networks. Each plan lists the countries it covers and, where available, the local networks and speeds. This information comes from our network partner, who supplies the eSIM and the connection.
  • Hong Kong IP plans. Some plans send your traffic out through Hong Kong. These plans carry a “Hong Kong IP” badge. With them, some apps and sites may show content for Hong Kong.
  • Fair use. If a plan has a fair-use policy, it is shown on the plan before you buy, and it applies to that plan.
  • No emergency calls. Because plans are data only, you cannot use your EzyHop eSIM to call emergency numbers such as 112 or 911. Many phones can still reach emergency services through any available network, but please do not rely on your EzyHop plan for this.

We are a reseller. We are not a mobile network operator. The eSIM profile and the mobile connection are provided by our network partner and the local networks it works with.

3. Who can buy

To buy from us you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract.

You can buy for yourself, for your family or for work. If you buy for someone else, you are responsible for passing on the install details and for making sure their phone is compatible.

4. Your phone

An eSIM only works on a phone or tablet that supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier.

  • At checkout you confirm that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked. Please use our compatibility checker before you buy.
  • Most eSIMs can be installed only once. Install it on the phone you will use, and do not delete it. A deleted eSIM usually cannot be downloaded again.
  • We cannot refund a plan because the phone was not compatible or was locked. See the Refund Policy.

5. Ordering and payment

Prices. Prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay and includes VAT where applicable. If the price of a plan changes after you open it, we show you the new price before you pay, and you only pay if you accept it.

Promo codes. Promo codes are optional. Each code has its own conditions, such as a single use or first orders only. A code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

Payment. You pay on Stripe’s secure hosted page by card or digital wallet. We never see your full card details. On your card statement, the payment ends in “EZYHOP”. Checkout and your receipt show the exact text.

When the contract starts. Your order is a contract between you and us once your payment is confirmed. We then order your eSIM from our network partner.

Checks and refusals. To protect you and us, we run fraud and security checks on payments. We may hold, refuse or cancel an order, for example if a payment looks fraudulent, if an account has been restricted, if sales are paused or if a plan is no longer available. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Receipts. Every order and top-up comes with a receipt by email. You can also open it from your order page or your account.

6. Delivery and installation

We deliver your eSIM right after payment. You get it on screen and by email, with:

  • a QR code;
  • one-tap install links for iPhone and Android, where your phone supports them;
  • the manual install details (SM-DP+ address and activation code);
  • the APN (access point name), when your plan needs one;
  • an install checklist.

If you have an account, your eSIM and its install details are also in your account.

If delivery takes longer. Sometimes our network partner needs more time. If so, we tell you on the order page and by email. We will then either deliver your eSIM or refund you in full.

Keep your install details private. Anyone with your QR code or activation code may be able to install your eSIM. Treat them like a password and do not share them.

7. When your plan starts and ends

Start. Each plan says when it starts: when you install it, or when it first connects at your destination. You see this before you pay and again on your order page.

Install deadline. Some plans must be installed by a set date. If so, the plan shows this, and we email you a reminder before that date. After the deadline the eSIM may no longer work, and we cannot refund it.

End. A plan ends when its days run out or when you have used all its data, whichever comes first. Unused data and days do not roll over and have no cash value. The eSIM stays on your phone after the plan ends.

Usage and alerts. Your data usage comes from our network partner and can take some time to update. We email you when your data is running low and before your plan ends. You can turn usage alerts off in your account, or with the link in an alert email.

Sharing data (hotspot). Whether you can share your data with another device depends on the plan and the local network. If you need it, ask us before you buy and we will check your plan.

8. Top-ups

A top-up adds data, days or both to an eSIM you already have. There is nothing new to install.

  • Top-ups are only available for plans that allow them. Each plan shows whether it can be topped up.
  • You buy top-ups from your account, so you need to sign in with the email address used for the eSIM.
  • Only one top-up per eSIM can be in progress at a time.
  • When you buy a top-up, you ask us to add it right away. Once it is added, you cannot cancel it.
  • If we cannot add a top-up, we refund it in full. Your eSIM and the data already on it are not affected.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains in detail when you can get a refund and how to ask. In short:

  • If we cannot deliver your eSIM or add your top-up, we refund you in full, automatically.
  • If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the extra payment.
  • If you no longer need an eSIM you have not installed, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as our network partner still allows the eSIM to be cancelled. We cancel the eSIM first, then refund you.
  • For other cases, such as an eSIM that does not work, please contact us first so we can help you get connected. The Refund Policy says when we refund.
  • You cannot cancel an eSIM yourself from the site. Contact us with your order number, which starts with EZY-.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. They can take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.

Disputes with your bank. If you do not recognize a charge or something went wrong, please contact us first. It is usually faster than a dispute with your bank. If a payment is disputed, we may cancel the eSIM if it has not been installed yet, and we may pause purchases on the account while the dispute is open.

10. Your right to cancel (EU and UK customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.

An eSIM is digital content that we supply right away. At checkout, you ask us to deliver your eSIM immediately and you confirm that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it is delivered. The same applies to top-ups once they are added. We record your request and show it on your receipt.

Separately from this legal right, our Refund Policy lets you ask for a refund of an eSIM you have not installed, within 30 days of purchase.

This does not affect your legal rights if the eSIM is faulty or not as described. In that case we will try to fix the problem first. If we cannot, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund under the law of your country.

11. Your account

You can buy as a guest or with an account. You sign in with a link sent to your email address. There are no passwords.

  • Keep access to your email address secure. Anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account and open your orders.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
  • We may restrict, suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms. We will not take away an eSIM you have paid for and installed only because we restrict your account, unless the law or our network partner requires it.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time from your account’s privacy page. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.

12. Acceptable use

Use EzyHop and your eSIM for normal personal or work data use. You must not:

  • break any law, or use the service for fraud, spam, or to harm others;
  • resell, rent or share the service commercially without our written agreement;
  • use payment details that are not yours or that you are not allowed to use;
  • try to get around our fraud and security checks, or interfere with or overload our site;
  • break the fair-use policy of your plan, where it has one, or the rules of the local networks.

If you break these rules, our network partner or we may suspend or end the service on that eSIM. Where the law allows, we will not refund a plan stopped for this reason.

13. Service availability and our network partners

We work hard to keep you connected, but mobile service depends on things we do not control.

  • Coverage and speed depend on the local networks, where you are (for example indoors or in remote areas), your phone and how busy the network is. Speeds shown on a plan are the fastest reported, not a promise.
  • Local networks can change, and our network partner may move a plan to another network in the same country.
  • Service may be interrupted by outages, maintenance, natural events, or decisions of governments and authorities.
  • Some apps, sites or services may be blocked or limited in some countries or on some networks.
  • Our site may be unavailable for maintenance from time to time, and we may pause sales.

If a problem with the connection is our fault or our network partner’s fault and we cannot fix it, the Refund Policy and your legal rights apply.

14. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our lack of reasonable care. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen, or if you and we knew it might happen when you placed your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • loss or damage that was not foreseeable;
  • problems caused by your phone, a locked or incompatible device, or deleting the eSIM;
  • events outside our reasonable control, as described in section 13;
  • loss of profit, business or opportunity, except where the law says we must be.

Where the law allows, our total responsibility for an order or top-up is limited to the amount you paid for it.

What we never limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your legal rights as a consumer, such as your rights when digital content is faulty or not as described.

15. Your responsibility to us

If you use the service in a way these terms do not allow, for example for fraud or other unlawful use, you are responsible for the reasonable losses and costs that this causes us, including claims from others. This applies only as far as the law allows, and it does not take away any of your rights as a consumer.

16. Our content

The EzyHop name, logo, site design, text and illustrations belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the site for your own use and to buy from us. Please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

17. Emails we send

We send emails you need for your orders and your account, such as your eSIM, receipts, sign-in links, security notices and usage alerts. We only send news and offers if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and we store that version with your order. A top-up follows the terms in force when you buy it.

If we make an important change that affects your account, we will tell you in advance by email or on the site.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer and live outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

20. Disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly.

If we cannot solve it together, you can bring a claim in the courts of the State of Delaware, or in the courts of the country where you live if you are a consumer and the law gives you that right. If we need to bring a claim against you and you are a consumer, we will do so in the courts of the place where you live. You can also contact your local consumer protection authority.

We do not require arbitration, and nothing in these terms stops you from joining a group or class action where the law allows it.

21. General

  • Language. These terms are available in English and Spanish. Both versions mean the same thing.
  • Transfer. We may transfer our rights and duties under these terms to another business. If we do, your rights under these terms will not be reduced. You may not transfer your rights to someone else without our agreement.
  • If one part is invalid. If a court decides that part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Whole agreement. These terms, together with the policies linked above and the plan details shown at checkout, are the whole agreement between you and us about your purchase.
